THE SKINNY: Kristen Bell fans won't have to wait long to spot the her on HEROES: The VERONICA MARS actress will be appearing on the second hour of the season premiere on Sept. 22.
According to creator/exec producer/writer Tim Kring, "You will see her in the second hour of the first night's act. She is integral and plays a very large part in the entire volume. You'll see plenty of Kristen."
Kring goes on to reveal that "what's interesting is that one of the fun things about doing this show with this big of a cast is that the audience will be surprised at the pairing up of the cast. Characters that have never even crossed paths with each other will have very interesting pairings. There are are several of the actors on the show that have literally never been in scenes together before. Finding those combinations keeps it very fresh."
On the show, Bell plays Elle Bishop, the daughter of Company head Robert Bishop. She possesses the power to manipulate electricity.
As far as other famous guest stars, Kring emphasizes that "this volume focuses on the core characters."
"In this volume, it's not about bringing in side casting," he says. "With people like George Takei, they were the right person for the part."
The third season of HEROES kicks off with a two-part event on Sept. 22 at 9 PM.
