THE SKINNY:  Touchstone Pictures’ held the World Premiere of THE PROPOSAL on June 1^st, at the El Capitan Theatre.

 

THE PROPOSAL stars Sandra Bullock (Margaret Tate) as a pushy boss who forces her young assistant Ryan Reynolds (Andrew Paxton) to marry her so she can avoid deportation to Canada.

 

Seen walking the carpet were stars of the film Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds, Betty White (Grandma Annie), Oscar Nunez (Ramone), Michael Nouri (Chairman Bergen), Malin Akerman (Gertrude), Craig T. Nelson (Joe Paxton), and Mini Anden (Simone).

 

Joining the stars were guests: Kevin Farley, Kate Flannery, Samantha Harris, Saleisha Stowers, Chris Harrison, Jillian Harris, Shayne Lamas, Octavia Spencer, George Lopez, Jesse James (who wouldn’t stop to pose, but when he stopped to say hi to George Lopez, I got a quick shot of him), Melora Hardin, Keith Middlebrook, Robert Griffith, and Jimmy Jean-Louis.

 

THE PROPOSAL opens June 19^th and is rate PG-13.
